The key areas covered in ENT include:

Otology and neurotology: The study and treatment of disorders related to the ear, including hearing loss, balance disorders, tinnitus, and infections of the middle and inner ear.

Rhinology: The study and treatment of disorders related to the nose and sinuses, including nasal congestion, allergies, sinusitis, and nasal polyps.

Laryngology: The study and treatment of disorders related to the larynx (voice box) and throat, including hoarseness, vocal cord nodules and polyps, and swallowing disorders.

Head and neck oncology: The study and treatment of cancers and tumors that affect the head and neck, including the throat, mouth, salivary glands, and thyroid gland.

Pediatric otolaryngology: The study and treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders in children, including ear infections, tonsillitis, and congenital abnormalities of the head and neck.
